Return Policy & Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing any reason.

After notifying us of your decision to exercise your right of withdrawal, you have an additional 14 days to return the product.

If your return is approved, the full order amount, including the original shipping costs, will be refunded.
The only cost remaining at your expense is the return shipping fee, which is typically around €7.25 per parcel. Please check the exact rate with your chosen carrier.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned in perfect condition, preferably in its original packaging, and with all accessories included.

We will process your refund within 14 days after your return has been registered, provided the product has been received in good condition.
