Article 4 – The Offer

All offers made by Nuvée are non-binding and subject to change. Products are described accurately, and images reflect reality as closely as possible. Obvious errors or typographical mistakes do not bind Nuvée.

  • shipping costs,

  • payment and delivery methods,

  • the right of withdrawal or applicable exclusions,

Nuvée implements appropriate technical measures to ensure secure data transmission and safe payment processing.

Article 6 – Right of Withdrawal

When purchasing products, the consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product, without providing any reason.
