What is the delivery time for my order?

The average delivery time is 1 to 14 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).


What should I do if I haven’t received my order yet?

Due to high demand, deliveries may occasionally take a little longer than expected. We appreciate your patience.

If the estimated delivery time has passed and you still haven’t received your order, please contact us at nuvee.paris@gmail.com.
We will investigate immediately to locate your package.


I would like to exchange or return my order. How does it work?

To request a return, simply contact our customer support team at nuvee.paris@gmail.com and include:

  • Your full name

  • Your order number (e.g. #0000, found in your order confirmation email)

  • The reason for the return

We will then send you the return address along with confirmation. You may return the item using the carrier of your choice.


How much does a return cost?

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
The cost depends on the carrier you choose. Please refer to the carrier’s website for current rates.


What are the conditions for returning a product?

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible, the following conditions must be met:

  • The return request is made within the 14-day period

  • The product is in its original packaging, with all tags attached

  • The product has not been worn or used
